We are increasingly facing significant global challenges, including climate change and environmental degradation, conflict, poverty and inequality. I aim to partner with organisations and businesses that are actively working to improve the state of our world and to help those in need.
Here are just some of the projects I have worked on for organisations or initiatives contributing toward change in areas as diverse and important as food waste, research and medicine, investment in clean energy, reducing discrimination and inequality and supporting charities.
In Australia, it is against the law to not hire someone because they identify as LGBTIQA+. And yet, workplace discrimination based on a person's sexuality or gender identity is an ongoing issue.
Discrimination can take many forms, including being paid less, singled out for disciplinary action, overlooked for promotion, or even unfairly dismissed.
